Today was my day off, so I went on a date with my one and only Daddy Weng. I took him out to Hoshi, a hidden gem in a Santa Clara strip mall. It was a very authentic Japanese izakaya, with a full Japanese staff, an unbeatable lunch menu, and fresh fresh sashimi. And most importantly, I had a hot date.
After lunch, I served as Daddy Weng’s dutiful chauffeur for the next few hours, escorting him from North Valley to Los Altos. My services were rewarded with some delicious Osmanthus Oolong Ocha!!! 🙂
