For lunch, we feasted at the Michelin rated Tai Chao, or “Thai Food Specialist”, in Shum Shui Po.Their specialty Hainan Chicken is delicious! It’s boneless, tender, and just the right level of juicy. Paired with Thai special coconut rice, it’s a match made in heaven. I ordered the Thai soya pork set, which was equally scrumptious. We decided to top it off with 4HKD egg tart and 8 HKD Bo Lo Yau from Kam Wah Cafe in Prince Edward.
Now we are on the East Railway Line on our way to the Chinese border for a quick impromptu trip to China. Let’s see how this goes. 🙂
